If you are moving out of our service area and are closing your account with us, please complete and submit the online form below or call our office at 920-674-7711 Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.

When you submit this form, we will read the meter on the requested date and send a final bill to your forwarding address. We would appreciate at least 24 hours notice.
